How do you mix this clay?
Mix Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay with equal parts of apple cider vinegar* or water. It is best to use a glass, pottery, or wooden bowl. Stir the mixture until it is a smooth paste - add more clay or liquid as needed. Apply 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick layer of clay to the face or other areas and let it dry. Drying times vary, but times are generally 5 minutes for delicate skin and 15- 20 minutes for normal skin. You will feel a pulling and tightening sensation.
Remove clay by washing with warm water. A slight redness may appear after removing the clay. This is normal and will disappear in approximately 30minutes. Aztec Secret Indian Healing Clay helps to remove dirt and impurities from the pores of the skin. The clay is beneficial for deep pore cleansing of the skin.
* Use only 100% apple cider vinegar. Raw is preferable. Discontinue if rash appears. For external use only. Ingredients...Bentonite: 100% pure.

How many often can this be used for the face. I have acne problems and I don't think that once a week is enough.
Many customers like to use this product 2-3 times per week. It's suggested use is at least once per week. If you have oily or acne prone skin then 2-3 times per week may be more beneficial. Remember to moisturize your skin afterwards.
Can Aztec Secret be used internally?

Our Czech Glass Nail Files are made from genuine Czech Float Glass of the finest quality. The glass has been tempered by a process of chemical hardening to ensure it's strength & durability.
Czech Glass Nail Files are strong & durable but it is still a glass item and needs to be treated with care.
- File your nails over a towel or soft surface to protect it from accidental drops
- Keep it in it's protective sleeve when not in use
- Store it securely; avoid storing it under heavy weight or pressure (like in a bag where heavy items are on top of it)
- Czech Glass Nail Files are easy to clean; simply rinse the file under running water and let it dry out on a soft towel. If desired, anti-bacterial spray can also be used on the file. Yes, both ends of the Glass Manicure Stick have an abrasive, `pumice stone' feel that is ideal for lightly buffing away the cuticle. The bevelled end is perfect for buffing & pushing back excess cuticle. The pointed end is ideal for getting those hard to reach parts of the nail, like beneath the nail, and can be used for filing under the nail & scraping out dirt from beneath the nail bed. It is a great multi-functional nail care tool that is useful & easy to use.
Do these have spray on coating that will wear out?
No. They are etched crystal. Will last a very long time.
How long do these last?
Genuine Czech Glass Nail Files are very long lasting, and if used with care, they will last for years.
The files are made from Czech float glass of the finest quality. The surface of the file won’t wear off like an emery board or other cheaper alternatives. Also, because they have a non-porous glass surface which prevents the growth of unhealthy bacteria & fungus, you do not have to dispose of them after a few uses, unlike metal files, paper files & emery boards which should be disposed of due to hygiene issues.

Does it make nails stronger?
